1. Can you pack extra carefully so it doesn't break?
We ship fragile china, crystal and figurines everyday. After 30 plus years shipping, we use lots of bubblewrap and other packing with tested techniques to ensure your purchase will get to you safely.
2. Can I combine items to save shipping?
Absolutely. There are systems on the site to combine items, but if you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we'll configure items to best combine and give quote for items including best shipping.
3. Does it work?
All items are tested before listing. In most cases they are in good working order and will state so clearly. If an item is for decorative purposes only and does not work or we are unable to fully test we make best efforts to clearly state so in the listing.
4. Can I pick up my order locally at your showroom?
We love visitors. You are more than welcome to pick up your item and if for any reason you were charged shipping at check out we will refund. You can also pay with cash, Venmo or just finish your check out after inspecting in person. Please contact us though for an appointment.
5. Shipping is not showing for my country
Please contact us about an item if shipping is not showing for your country. After experience with certain carriers in some countries we needed to remove standard shipping options there. Some coutries have taken months to deliver and arrived like a tank ran over them. We'd love to work with you if we can use a safe shipper for your items.
6. How do I use it?
In most cases if a manual is available, we print and include it to help you out. Some peculiar things we make videos on how to use that we can send. Just contact us for help and we'll do our best to get you up and running.
