Claims and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Thompson & Crowe LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.
Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Any item from Thompson & Crowe LLC can be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Attempts at repair will void all return policies.
Returns for marketplace purchases
If your purchase was on a marketplace such as Ebay or Etsy, please utilize their online return system and we will correspond within their messaging. If your items was purchased at thompsonandcrowe.com please email us at returns@thompsonandcrowe.com with details.
Damages
If for any reason your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We will process a claim with the shipping company. Some require pictures of a) all angles of carton. b) Pictures of the item. c) Pictures of the packing material we used and lastly a pic of the shipping label. I know it sounds like a lot, but if you could shoot and forward by email or marketplace messaging system, we can handle the claim and issue your refund.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Thompson & Crowe LLC will cover shipping fees when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.
Company only pays return shipping for damaged items or those shipped in error.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Thompson & Crowe LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Thompson & Crowe LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days to process your return. Thompson & Crowe LLC will notify you by email or marketplace messenger when your return has been processed.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Items damaged in return shipping are not the liability of Thompson & Crowe. We can refund only for goods received in the condition they were sent. A new carton and /or some packing material may need to be added for return as they compress with use.
